Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

We currently ship to customers across the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions to track your package.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Domari cannot guarantee replacement or refund of the package.
